Position: south-west exposure on 4000 m²
Soil: sandy/clay soil with mica and gneiss deposits
Name: in our dialect, the plot is called “Urschele Egg” (Ursula’s corner). The plot originally hosted the Chapel of Sant’Orsola.
Vinification: fermentation and storage in large oak casks (2 weeks), storage in barrique barrels (1 year), BSA and subsequent storage in steel casks (7 months), followed by bottle sedimentation (24 months); unfiltered
Type of fermentation: spontaneous fermentation
Taste: elegant, cherry filigree aroma, pleasing hints of raspberry; discreet freshness/acidity in the finish
