Our winery in South Tyrol

A place with a unique charm

Dry and windy climate, clay sandy soils rich in minerals: at the foot of the Monte Sole Mountain in Naturns, at an altitude of 600-900 meters above sea level, the Alpine and the Mediterranean climates join forces and create a unique combination. The arid boulders form a splendid contrast with the magnificent vines that thrive on steep south and south-west facing slopes. And after a full day basking in the sun, in the evening the vineyards receive the welcome cooling air currents. The ideal conditions for a wine-making area in South Tyrol.

To make sure that our wines maintain their exquisite taste, they are aged in wooden casks and kept in bottles for at least 365 days. The fermentation process lasts as long as possible, to give them that unmistakable creamy aroma. Every year, we try to bring out the peculiar terroir of the individual growth altitudes
