Dry and windy climate, clay sandy soils rich in minerals: at the foot of the Monte Sole Mountain in Naturns, at an altitude of 600-900 meters above sea level, the Alpine and the Mediterranean climates join forces and create a unique combination. To make sure that our wines maintain their exquisite taste, they are aged in wooden casks and kept in bottles for at least 365 days. The fermentation process lasts as long as possible, to give them that unmistakable creamy aroma. Every year, we try to bring out the peculiar terroir of the individual growth altitudes
