Position: vineyard | Small plot above the farm with the oldest vines (30-35 years)
Soil: slate
Vinification: fermentation and ageing in large acacia wood casks (10 months) and in steel barrels (5 months), followed by bottle sedimentation (12 months)
Taste: tangerine aromas; hints of citrus fruits and flint
